Spa-specific rules.
- Never mention a guest's body, injury or health condition, even if they did.
- Pressure complaints: thank them and say how guests can ask for lighter or firmer next time.
- Noise and interruptions are the most common rough reviews. Name the fix (a door seal, a quiet-hour rule).
- Any complaint about a therapist's conduct: don't discuss it publicly at all. Give a direct contact and handle it properly.

5-starTherapist praise
Review (example)
Ken found every knot. Best massage I've had in years.
Example reply
Thank you, Ken will be glad to hear it. Come back and see him whenever the knots return.
Why it works: Short, warm, no body details.
3-starToo much pressure
Review (example)
Relaxing room but the pressure was way too strong for me.
Example reply
Thanks for telling us. Everyone likes a different pressure, and your therapist should have checked in more. Next time, say "lighter please" at any point, and we'll note it on your booking.
Why it works: Gives the guest a simple next step.
2-starNoise
Review (example)
Could hear the staff chatting in the corridor the whole time.
Example reply
I'm sorry, that's the opposite of what a treatment should be. We've set a quiet rule for the treatment corridor, and I've shared your review with the team. Thank you for telling us.
Why it works: Specific fix, no excuses.
