ReplyPlate is run by its founder (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the ReplyPlate Chrome extension, this website and the paste-a-review page at /app (together, “the service”). Please read the privacy policy too.
What the service is
ReplyPlate writes draft replies to reviews you give it, using AI. It's a drafting tool for business owners and managers. It is currently in beta, so features can change and parts of it can break.
Drafts only. You post.
- ReplyPlate never posts to Google or anywhere else for you. You read each draft and decide whether to post it.
- You are responsible for everything you post, including its accuracy, tone and legality, and for fixing anything the AI got wrong (names, facts, promises, offers).
- AI drafts can be wrong or off-voice. Always read before you post.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- write or promote fake reviews, or reply as someone you aren't authorized to speak for;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone, or to write unlawful, hateful or deceptive content;
- send reviews you have no right to use, or personal details beyond what a reply needs;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around the free-plan limits or rate limits;
- share or resell a license key beyond the installs it allows.
Google and other platforms
You're responsible for following Google's terms, review policies and any rules that apply to your business profile, including any rules about how you reply or disclose AI assistance. ReplyPlate isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google's pages can change at any time and the extension may stop working on them.
Plans and payment
- Free: 5 replies a month per install (and a shared cap of 15 a month for free installs on one network). Regenerate counts as a reply; a draft that fails doesn't.
- Pro: $29 a month, with a fair-use cap of 600 replies a month per license.
- Founder: $99 once, for Pro entitlements for as long as ReplyPlate operates (if the service is shut down, the plan ends), limited to the first 25 buyers.
- Checkout isn't open yet. Pro and Founder are a waitlist, and joining it doesn't charge you or commit you to anything. Payment terms (billing, refunds, taxes) will be published here before checkout opens.
Our content and yours
You keep ownership of your reviews, house voice and the replies you post. You give us permission to process what you send only to produce your draft and run the service, as described in the privacy policy. We don't claim rights over your replies.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or work on every page layout. This doesn't limit any rights you have by law that can't be waived.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost business, goodwill or profits) or for anything you post from a draft. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to zero. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending things
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or abuse the service, or if we have to shut the service down. Refunds for paid plans will be covered by the payment terms published before checkout opens.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of residence.
