Hard constraints for every draft. Tone seasons on top; house voice wins on conflict. Saved in this browser only.

Tone (seasoning)

Sending this plates a draft: the review, stars and your house voice go to our server and on to OpenAI to write it. We don't store them. Privacy

Before you post

Read the draft like a guest would.

  • Check every fact. The draft only knows what the review says.
  • Keep the detail they mentioned: the dish, the stylist, the room.
  • For unhappy guests, give a real name or contact so it can move offline.
  • Want a second look? Paste your final reply into the free reply checker, or borrow from our example replies.

Questions

About the generator.

Is it really free? Do I need an account?
Yes. You get 5 drafts a month on this browser with no account and no card. Paid plans are only for owners who need more.
Does it post the reply to Google for me?
No. You get a draft. You read it, change anything that isn't right, copy it and post it yourself on Google. ReplyPlate never logs in to your Google account.
What happens to the review I paste?
The review, the stars and any house voice notes go to our server and on to OpenAI to write the draft. We don't store the review text. The privacy page has the details.
Can it reply to bad reviews?
Yes. For 1 and 2 star reviews it apologises for the specific thing, keeps calm, and suggests taking the details offline. Always check the facts before you post: only you know what really happened.
Does it write in Japanese?
Yes. The draft follows the language of the review, so a Japanese review gets a polite Japanese reply.
Is there a faster way than pasting?
The Chrome extension adds a Plate reply button next to each review on Google, so there's nothing to paste. It uses the same free monthly drafts.

Skip the pasting.

The Chrome extension puts a Plate reply button right next to each Google review. You still post every reply.
