Something not right? Let's sort it.

• Make sure you're on a reviews page of your own business: Google Business Profile (business.google.com), or the Maps or Search view of your place while signed in.
• The button only appears on reviews that have a Reply button and no answer yet. Answered reviews and other people's places don't get one.
• Reload the tab after installing or updating the extension.
• Check chrome://extensions: the ReplyPlate extension should be on, with no errors. Pinning the icon helps.
• Google changes its layout now and then, and during the beta we can't promise it works on every version. Use the form and tell us roughly what you see. You can use the web page in the meantime.

• Click Google's own Reply first so the reply box is open, then press Insert again.
• If the box already has text, Insert asks before replacing it. Press it again to confirm.
• Still nothing? Press Copy and paste into the box yourself. That always works.
• Either way, you press Post.

The free plan is 5 replies a month per install, counted by calendar month in UTC (it resets on the 1st; free installs on one network also share a cap of 15). Regenerate counts as a reply, and a failed draft doesn't. Pro and Founder are on the waitlist; checkout isn't open yet.

Consent and licenses are managed in the extension's settings. To ask us to delete a waitlist email or the records for an install id, send a message here with the email or id. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
