What matters most.
- Hygiene comments: answer every one, calmly, with what you actually do (for example, how tools are cleaned). Don't claim certifications you don't have.
- Chips and lifting: many salons have a fix window. If you do, say so. If you don't, don't invent one in a reply.
- Designs: name the design they loved. It doubles as a menu for the next reader.

Mina did the little cherry blossom art exactly like my picture!

Thank you! Mina loved doing those cherry blossoms. Spring designs are her favourite. See you for your next set.

2-starGel chipped in 3 days
Review (example)
Gel chipped on two nails after three days.
Example reply
Sorry, three days is far too soon. Please message us at [phone] and we'll fix those two nails. It also helps us check whether the prep step was rushed.
Why it works: Offers a fix, owns a likely cause without guessing too much.
1-starHygiene worry
Review (example)
Didn't see them clean the tools between customers. Gross.
Example reply
Thank you for raising this, it's important. [Describe your real process, for example: metal tools are cleaned and sterilised after every client, and files and buffers are single-use.] If anything looked different on your visit, I want to know: [email].
Why it works: Answers with facts. Fill in only what you really do.
