Real estate agent review response examples

Property reviews come at life events: a first home, a sale, a move-out. They can also come from tenants and buyers on the other side of a deal. Reply to both with care, and never discuss money, addresses or the other party in public.

The reviews below are made up. Change names and details to match what really happened before you post anything. Draft one for your real review with the free generator.

Property-specific rules.

  • Don't confirm the property address, sale price or rent.
  • Deposit disputes: explain the general process once and offer a direct contact. Never argue the deductions in public.
  • Reviews from the other side of a deal (a buyer about the seller's agent): thank them for their view and stay neutral about your client.
  • Mention the milestone in praise: a first home, a quick sale, a smooth move.

    Why it works: Neutral, process-based, no details in public.

Yes, as the manager: thank them, say you've passed it on or what you'll do, and give a contact. Don't speak for the landlord or reveal their details.
