How to respond to positive reviews
The reviews below are made up. Change names and details to match what really happened before you post anything. Draft one for your real review with the free generator.
The formula: thanks, detail, person, invite.
- Thanks: one line, warm, not formal.
- Detail: the specific thing they loved.
- Person: credit staff they named, or say who'll hear about it.
- Invite: a natural reason to come back, like a seasonal dish or a next appointment.
Mistakes on positive replies.
- "Thank you for your feedback." Feedback is what you call complaints.
- Copy-paste: ten identical replies in a row look automated.
- Turning it into an ad: listing your hours, promo codes and services.
- Writing more than they did.

Dr. Mori was so patient with my nervous kid.

Thank you so much. I'll share this with Dr. Mori. Helping nervous kids feel okay is something she really cares about.

Great ramen, wish there were more seats.
Example reply
Thanks! Glad the ramen was worth the squeeze. We know the counter's tight. Weekday lunch is quietest.
