Before we set the first plate
Warm replies for places that still know your name.

A draft in your voice, in about a second
Click “Plate reply”
It sits next to Google's Reply button on reviews you haven't answered.
Read the draft
Switch the tone, add a line about what you want to say, edit anything.
You press Post
ReplyPlate fills the reply box. It never posts or clicks anything for you.
ReplyPlate writes a draft reply to a Google review when you ask it to. You read it, you edit it, you press Post yourself. Here is exactly what that involves.
What's sent
What we read
- The review text, the star rating and the reviewer's first name, as shown on the page you're looking at.
- Only after you click “Plate reply” on that review.
What we never do
- Post, submit or click anything on Google's page. You post.
- Read or crawl pages in the background.
- Send anything before you agree below.
- Use analytics, ad tech or third-party scripts.
What leaves your browser, and where it goes
- Each time you click “Plate reply”, your browser sends our server the review text, the star rating, the reviewer's first name (if the page shows one), and your business name and house voice (if you've set them).
- If you type a note for a draft (“what I want to say”), that note goes with it.
- Our server forwards that to OpenAI to write the draft.
- ReplyPlate does not store review text, drafts, names or house voice in any database, and does not write them to logs.
- What ReplyPlate does keep: a random install ID, a per-month usage count, a salted hash of your IP address for abuse limits (short-lived), your license key and the install IDs bound to it (only if you add one), and a problem report only if you click Send on one.
- Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (IP address, path, timestamp). We don't log request bodies.
- How OpenAI handles API data is explained in our privacy policy.
Your OK
You can take this back any time in ReplyPlate's Options. Once revoked, nothing is ever sent.

Make it sound like you (optional)
Two quick things that make every draft feel like yours. You can change them later in Settings.
You're set
Open your reviews page. A “Plate reply” button appears next to reviews you can reply to.
ReplyPlate only works on your own reviews page. Nothing is sent until you click that button.
